Our experts focus, for example, on the specifics of welding procedures for various materials, from carbon steels to high-nickel stainless steels, such as Inconel or Hastelloy.

Jakub is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of West Bohemia. Even as an undergraduate student, he helped our design team improve the concept of S-Cube Modular Chamber System that we developed at our facility in Štěnovice. In his bachelor’s thesis, he focused on the production design of aluminium optical tables used in vacuum chambers.
During his subsequent master's studies, and especially in his diploma thesis, Jakub turned his attention to laser cleaning of vacuum chambers.“The previously non-existent technology had to meet the specified cleanliness requirements in accordance with the European standard for cleanroom production and at the same time offer advantages over the mechanical-chemical cleaning method currently in use,” Jakub explains, adding, “based on practical verification, the laser technology was evaluated as suitable, and we are preparing to implement it in our company.”
Recent renovations were focused on creating a pleasant work environment. Modern workspaces were created which include an outdoor terrace with views of the surrounding village of Stenovice through an all-glass facade.
We invest regularly in the modernisation of our machinery and technical equipment – the load capacity of the largest rotating table is 40 tons.
Our welding workshop is divided into two separate rooms for processing stainless and carbon steels. Thanks to a 3-metre assembly pit, we can handle large pieces of iron up to 64 tons.
For the most complex vacuum applications, we provide cleaning and assembly services, and final testing of products in a clean area of 1,700 m3.
