Manufacturing of Pressure Vessels

In case of the manufacturing of pressure vessels we always comply with the individual requirements of our customer and provide support from the design until manufacturing and assembly on site.

Also for pressure vessels we are able to realise plants up to the unit weight of 64 tons.

• Quality Assurance of Pressure Vessels:
  Special attention is paid to the quality of welds. Inspection of permanent joints contributing to pressure resistance is carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with relevant standards (EN, ČSN, DIN).

• Identification of Material During Manufacturing:
  We use high quality high-alloy and stainless austenitic steels for the manufacturing of pressure vessels. We implement procedures for identifying materials used for parts of pressure equipment and provide material certificates.

• TÜV SÜD Notified Body Supervision:
  During the implementation of the project, we ensure inter-operational inspections, including the final assessment carried out by an authorised person of TÜV SÜD.

• Pressure Vessel Documentation:
  We provide technical documentation for pressure vessels according to contract conditions and further applicable regulations.
